Rooi Veer provides this website and its information for the purpose of showcasing our work and allowing customers to contact us directly for custom-made laser engraving and cutting services, subject to your acceptance of all Terms, Conditions, Policies, and Notices stated here.

By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp or email, and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

SERVICE MODEL (NO ONLINE STORE)

Rooi Veer operates as an online, made-to-order laser engraving and cutting studio based in South Africa.

• We do not operate a physical retail store

• We do not accept walk-in customers

• All communication, quotations, design approvals, and orders are handled exclusively online via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

No orders are considered confirmed until:

• A written quotation has been accepted

• Full payment has been received and cleared

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

SECTION 2

CUSTOM MATERIALS POLICY

For quality, safety, and consistency:

• We work exclusively with our own premium, trusted materials

• We do NOT engrave on personal belongings or customer-supplied items

• This includes (but is not limited to): glassware, electronics, jewelry, tools, heirlooms, or personal accessories

This policy ensures reliable engraving results, consistent quality, and protects against damage or liability.

SECTION 3

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services, designs, or content without express written permission from us.

SECTION 4

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

All information on this website is provided for general reference only.

Because all items are custom-made:

• Final products may vary slightly from on-screen images

• Material tones, engraving depth, and finishes may differ slightly

We are not responsible if information is not accurate, complete, or current at all times.

SECTION 5

PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Prices are only confirmed via official written quotations

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice

SECTION 6

CUSTOM PRODUCTS & CANCELLATIONS

All products are custom made to order.

Once:

• A quotation is approved

• And payment is made
  Production begins immediately

No cancellations, refunds, or returns are permitted once production has started, unless required by South African consumer law.

SECTION 7

QUOTATIONS

All quotations:

• Are invitations to trade, not binding contracts

• Are valid for a limited time only

• May be withdrawn, rejected, or amended at any time

• Are subject to material availability and production capacity

SECTION 8

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment via:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / Direct Bank Transfer)

Payment Rules:

• Full payment is required before any order or production begins

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has fully cleared

• Late or unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled

• No cash payments or cheque payments are accepted

• Refunds (where legally applicable) may carry banking or processing fees

SECTION 9

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

• All products are custom manufactured

• Production & delivery time: 5–10 working days from cleared payment date

• Delivery is handled via reliable third-party couriers

• We are not responsible for courier delays, strikes, natural events, or force majeure

SECTION 10

FREE SHIPPING

• Free nationwide shipping applies to all orders above R1,200.00

• Orders under R1,200.00 will be quoted separately for delivery

SECTION 11

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Stock availability applies strictly at the time of quoting.
No materials or stock are reserved without written confirmation.

SECTION 12

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa.
International shipping is only available by special arrangement.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party websites

• External platforms

• Courier platforms

• Payment processors

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Designs

Any reviews, feedback, images, or suggestions shared with us may be used for:

• Portfolio

• Marketing

Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION
